Won a project on Maui? We're a Hawaii-licensed general contractor based on Maui, with field supervision, experience with Maui County permits and inspections, and relationships with local, licensed trades.
Hawaii doesn't accept mainland contractor licenses, and a Hawaii license is required even to bid. We can be your team's licensed, experienced partner on Maui.

On-site supervision and safety oversight, with a dedicated superintendent available when the project calls for one.
Procurement & freight
Planning for island lead times, inter-island shipping and long-lead orders as part of the schedule.
Reporting your way
Progress photos, schedule updates and RFIs, through your project portal or ours, on the schedule your contract calls for.
Closeout & turnover
Punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals and closeout documents as required by your contract.
