Initial Consultation
Meet in person or video conference to discuss your ideas, review floor plan or lot + building plans, architectural details and discuss the features of your home that will represent your vision and style of your vacation home. Budgets, county permits, timelines and building process will be discussed.
Home Site Selection
If you don’t already have a home or home site, we can assist you in your site selection if preferred and detail potential cost line items like utility runs and availability, easements, soil conditions, grading required to meet your new home build requirements and coordinate clearing or demolition of existing structures.
Planning and Design
We’ve partnered with prestigious designers, realtors and architects. You can expect to discuss square footage needs, rooms required/desired and architectural elements to accomplish your dream vacation home. We review the surveys and propose a location for your new home for a new build.
Proposal Specifications
We provide a written proposal outlining the costs based on the concept ideas, floor plans as determined and features of your vacation home that you desire. Selection items such as appliances, cabinetry, counter-tops, flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures will be assigned allowances for desired level of finish.
